Kids don’t get to have all the fun this time of year! I say we all deserve a little back-to-school shopping! I like to use this time of year go through my closet and get ready for all that lies ahead. Of course there’s fall fun like football, Halloween, and maybe even some leaf peeping travel to cooler climates. But my weekdays usually involve meetings for things like our Parents Association, or the Junior League. Sometimes the outing is less exciting, for instance tomorrow I’ll be shuttling the girls to the dentist (though we love all love our pediatric dentist, so it’ll be a nice visit). These days, I love it when volunteer roles bring me on to campus, which is such a treat to get to interact with the students, and see my girls in action.
Talbots is always a staple for me, and they seem to especially thrive during their fall season! I appreciate that they are size inclusive and in almost all of their styles they offer petite, misses, and plus sizes. Talbots sent me two dresses to wear and share with y’all. Since it stays toasty here in Florida for a while, I am easing in with styles that work for our temps and are appropriate whether I have on my room parent hat, or am headed to church on Sunday. I find that Talbots runs true to size and I am never disappointed in the quality! I’ve brought out my Francesca Suede Driving Flats (in the Kendall Grey) that are going on two years, and this time they sent me the Amber Gold. I find that they take a bit of breaking in, but once you’ve worn them for a while they’ll be your comfiest go-tos.
